The total number of road motor vehicles registered to the traffic reached 21 million 763 thousand 103 by the end of July. Within the total, cars represented 53.9%, followed by small trucks 16.4%, motorcycles 14.1%, tractors 8.3%, trucks 3.8%, minibuses 2.2%, buses 1% and special purpose vehicles 0.3%.
In July, 128 088 road motor vehicle registrations were recorded
Within 128 thousand 88 vehicle registrations in July, cars accounted for 58.7%, followed by motorcycles 17.7%, small trucks 15.9% and tractors 4.2%. Minibuses, buses, trucks and special purpose vehicles constituted 3.5% of new registrations.
The number of road motor vehicle registrations increased by 34% compared with the previous month
In July, the number of road motor vehicle registrations increased by 34% compared with the previous month. Cars, minibuses, buses, small trucks, trucks, motorcycles and special purpose vehicles increased by 28.6%, 40.7%, 92.1%, 71.7%, 39.7%, 37.6% and 3.4% respectively. Tractors decreased by 5.9%.
The number of road motor vehicles registered increased by 41.1% compared with the same month of the previous year
In July, the number of road motor vehicle registrations increased by 41.1% compared with the same month of the previous year. Cars, minibuses, buses, small trucks, trucks, motorcycles and tractors increased by 37.6%, 51.9%, 78.6%, 38.1%, 14%, 63.9% and 33.3% respectively. Special purpose vehicles decreased by 22.2%.
In the period of January-July, the total number of road motor vehicles in traffic increased by 672 679
While 57 thousand 332 road motor vehicles were withdrawn, 730 thousand 11 road motor vehicles were added in January-July period. Hence, the total number of road motor vehicles registered increased by 672 thousand 679.
615 390 road motor vehicles handed over in July
Among 615 thousand 390 vehicles handed over(1)
, cars accounted for 69.9% followed by small trucks 15.8%, motorcycles 6.2% and tractors 2.7%. Minibuses, buses, trucks and special purpose vehicles constituted 5.4% of the handed over motor vehicles in July.
The ratio of cars registered using LPG was 38.7%
At the end of July, among 11 million 740 thousand 823 registered cars, the share of LPG-fuelled cars was 38.7% followed by diesel-fuelled cars with 34.7% and gasoline-fuelled cars with 26.2%. The ratio of the cars with unknown(2)
fuel type was 0.4%.
In July, 75 174 cars were registered to the traffic
In terms of the distribution of trademarks for the 75 thousand 174 new registered cars in July, Renault recorded 18.3%, Volkswagen 11%, Fiat 8.3%, Hyundai 7%, Opel 6.7%, Toyota 6.5%, Dacia 5.8%, Ford 5.3%, Mercedes-Benz 3.8%, Nissan 3.6% and the other trademarks 23.7% of the total.
Most frequent engine size was 1501-1600 for registered cars
Within 431 thousand 532 cars registered to traffic in January-July period, 40.4% of them had engine size 1501-1600, 26.9% had 1401-1500, 14.3% had 1300 or less, 13.5% had 1301-1400, 3.8% had 1601-2000, 1.1% had 2001 and above engine size.
Most frequent colour was white for registered cars
Within 431 thousand 532 cars registered to traffic in January-July period, 60.1% of them were white, 17.2% were grey, 7.5% were black, 5.6% were red and 9.6% were in other colours.
